Brief Profile:
Mrs. Sakina Khatun Gohain is currently associated with USLR,USTM as an Assistant Professor of law. Her area of interest are -Criminal law,Labour law & Human Rights. Previously she practised advocacy at Gauhati High Court for two years. She has completed her B.A.LL.B from Centre for Juridical Studies,Dibrugarh University in 2011 & LL.M from NERIM in 2014.
She participated & presented her papers in the following seminars:
1. Protection of children’s right under the Criminal Justice System of India with special reference to the Juvenile Justice System.
2. Gender Equality & workplace in India:An Analysis.
